Our physical in-store address is Shop 2, 155 Prince Edward Avenue, Culburra Beach NSW. Our operations includes delivery to surrounding regions including Callala Bay, Callala Beach, Greenwell Point, and Currarong.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Name, email, phone numbers
When you use a website contact form, we collect personal information including your name, email address and phone number, so that we are able to contact you regarding your request. This information may be used to prepare a quote or hire booking, and used to send associated hire agreements, payment requests, or other documents related to this booking or quotation.
If your contact request does not eventuate into a booking, we may use your contact email to send you related offers or information we think we will be interested in, unless you specifically ask us not to.
If you subscribe to our e-newsletter via the form on our website, we will store your name and email address in our mailing list to provide future offers and other information we think you will be interested in.
We will not ever share this information with third parties.
You will always be able to opt out of these communications if you wish, by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link provided in all emails.
Your information during a hire
If you hire gear from us, we will collect your personal information including mobile contact number, holiday address, and your name. We may use this contact information to let you know about important updates such as weather changes or safety information, during your hire period.
We will not share your information with any third parties and not contact you unless we deem it necessary under the conditions of our hire agreement explained to you at the time of your booking.
Your payment information such as credit card numbers, bank details or other payment details will only be held by our payment gateway and booking systems for the transaction approved by you at the time of booking. We will not store this information anywhere on our system apart from the third-party encrypted software systems used in our store and online.
At the time of writing, these systems include Stripe Australia, Square, PayPal and Booqable Pty Ltd. More information about these payment partners can be found in merchant documentation or on request. All these payment systems operate according to Australian regulatory authorities including ASIC and Australian law.
If you leave a comment on our site, including messages on the ‘contact us’ forms or email sign-ups, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you become a customer and login to your account to check or change a booking, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
